12:30Barbecue on „Spinella“, of course with wine and a long lunch break
14:30Olive harvest, with double sea views – part 2
17:00Load olives, put them in the press and watch the oil production in detail
20:00Joint dinner in the restaurant „Il Saraceno“, in Isca Marina

day 6
9:00Breakfast together
10:30Visit to the local shepherd: production of pecorino + ricotta, with tasting
13:00Joint lunch at the B&B + lunch break
16:00„Scopa“ tournament at Mongy’s in the bar
ab 18:30Risotto evening in the B&B, cooking together one last time and reviewing the week over a glass of wine

Please note: Programme changes are possible! If the minimum number of 4 participants is not reached 28 days before the start of the tour, I reserve the right to cancel the trip.

Included are: Accommodation in double room (also for single occupancy), all meals mentioned in the B&B (such as aperitivo at Mongy’s, in the garden, wine tasting, picnic, making of small delicacies, pasta evening, 4-course menu, etc.).

Excluded: travel, car rental, lunch, evening meal and drinks outside the B&B; tips, all services not mentioned, insurance (e.g. cancellation, luggage insurance).
