Pasta making: together we prepare dough, shape pasta, cook an accompanying sauce and enjoy the meal together. A bottle of good wine is of course included! Duration: approx. 6-8 hours, min. 2 participants – max. 4 participants, price per person: 45€.

Making jam, chutney or pickling onions: We prepare small seasonal delicacies together. Of course, everyone takes something home with them. Duration: 3-4 hours, min. 4 participants – max. 6 participants, price per person: 35€.

Cooking a Calabrian 4-course menu, incl. getting to know regional wines: We cook a typical Calabrian menu, with antipasti, first course, second course and dessert and get to know suitable wines from Calabria. Duration: 6-8 hours, min. 4 participants – max. 6 participants, price per person: 85€.

Mill walk: around Isca there are many old mills, we do a 5km walk and learn something about local history. Attention: only in Italian language! Duration: 2 hours, min. 4 participants – max. 6 participants, price per person: 20€.

Pizza & bread from the wood-fired oven: Let’s bake together! We make different doughs, bake pizza and bread and taste both. Duration: 4 hours, min. 4 participants – max. 6 participants, price per person: 30€.

Foraging for herbs (spring time): we go on a 5km walk and learn about the plants along the way, their effects and possible uses. Duration: 3 hours, min. 4 participants – max. 6 participants, price per person: 30€.

Olive harvest (October): we will spend time together in the olive grove learning how to harvest olives – very practical! There will be a BBQ on site at lunchtime. If you want to, you can also watch the oil being pressed at the local mill in the evening. Everyone gets 250ml of their „own“ oil. Regional wine tasting evening: we sit together, enjoy a fine antipasti, taste at least 4 different wines from Calabria, learning about cultivation, taste, colour, accompanying dishes and exchanging ideas. (only from October until April) Duration: 3 hours, min. 4 participants – max. 8 participants, price per person: 55€ (material inclusive)

Picnic on the beach: I organise everything your group needs for a 2-3 hour picnic on the beach! Duration, number of participants and price: by arrangement.

Brunch with friends and family: I will prepare a room with catering for a larger family celebration or meeting with friends. You don’t have to worry about anything, just enjoy the experience! Duration, number of participants and price: by arrangement.
